In The Little Mermaid Ariel wanted nothing more than to leave the sea and strut her stuff on dry land, but the youngest daughter of Triton may not have thoroughly thought through her plan to leave the deep.
In this Vine video of the Disney classic, comedienne Marlo Meekins stars as Ariel, who makes an unfortunate trip to the seafood section of the supermarket to discover how her gilled friends are treated on land. "Oh, my cod!" is right!
We love how Meekins really goes for it in her seashells-only costume at the grocery store—just as much as we love how the guy behind her seems completely unfazed by the stunt.
