Three months after welcoming her third child, Daphne Oz is showing again what a post-pregnancy body actually looks like.

On Wednesday, the former co-host of "The Chew" posted a selfie to Instagram that showed off her post-baby curves and packed an important message about healthy eating and having a healthy attitude.

"I’m working on my next cookbook (!!!) and it’s got me thinking about the way I want to eat long term, the way I want to celebrate with food and still celebrate my body at the same time," she wrote. "Right now, I’m 3 months postpartum and ready to go back to slow carb living as a way to reach a healthy weight and a good headspace."

And it's an effort the 32-year-old mother of three looks forward to.

"It’s crazy how a few strict but simple rules can help break bad eating habits so quickly," she added, along with an invitation to her followers to join her in the effort. "I'd love the company."

But don't get the wrong idea. This isn't about getting back to her pre-baby body. Before Oz gave birth to daughter Domenica Celine in December, she told TODAY that the key is to find the new you after pregnancy.

"After you have your baby, you're just in awe at how you still look pregnant!" she said, speaking from past experience. "It's a long and hard-fought process to get back to feeling strong in my skin. But you also re-evaluate yourself, because you're version 2.0 now. You are infinitely better, but you are infinitely different. I think you have to take that time and be easy on yourself."

Oz encourages that "easy" approach even when others are making it hard.

Last year, the nutrition author experienced backlash from body-shamers when she shared a bikini shot from the beach. She responded to the negativity by delivering a message about the power of staying positive.

“I feel safe posting pics like this for all of you because I get how hard it is to feel good in our skin — whether we’re trying to lose or gain weight, whether we’ve had babies or not,” she wrote. “We are under constant scrutiny. I am not perfect, I have not reached all my goals, I still see all my flaws first. But progress is everything, and one positive feeling begets another.”
