There's something special about watching your favorite childhood movies with your own children, a little bit of cinematic nostalgia, if you will. Except, when you forget about that one scary scene and your kids wind up totally freaked out...
Julia Roberts, this week's CMC, is finding herself in a bit of a pickle these days, as she's slated to play the evil witch in the new "Snow White" remake. The only problem? She's not telling her seven-year-old twins about her new role, because the cartoon witch in the Disney version gave them nightmares and made them cry. Now, we don't know what she is telling them, but we'd like to imagine it being something along the lines of "Mommy's off to work, where I'm going to play a nice, old lady who gives apples to lovely, young ladies...."
For those of us who showed their young kids, oh, we don't know... say, Nemo -- only remembering how hilarious Ellen DeGeneres was in that movie, and completely forgetting how scary the sharks were, we feel for Julia and her predicament.
What movie terrified your kids?
