Any parent with kids has to learn how to multitask — and apparently that includes pop music superstar Carrie Underwood!

In an adorable backstage photo posted on Instagram Thursday, Underwood gives us an inside look at some modern day rock 'n' roll glamour ... or not. Not only is she doing her own hair before going out on stage, she also finds time to give 21-month-old Isaiah a little lap time.
