It's another (Uptown) Girl for Billy Joel!
The rock star joined his wife, equestrian Alexis Roderick, in welcoming their daughter, Della Rose Joel, born at 2:40 a.m. Wednesday. A spokesman for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee confirmed the news in an exclusive to People magazine.
Joel's camp confirmed Roderick's pregnancy to TODAY in April. The couple later tied the knot in front of family and friends at Joel's annual Fourth of July party.

Weighing 7 pounds, 6½ ounces at birth, Della Rose is the five-time Grammy Award winner's second daughter; he and ex-wife Christie Brinkley are parents to singer-songwriter Alexa Ray Joel, 29.
