At just 2 years old, the daughter of Chicago Cubs outfielder Dexter Fowler may not yet know the infield-fly rule, but she certainly does recognize "Daddy!"

In a ridiculously cute Instagram video posted Tuesday by Fowler's wife Darya, 2-year-old Naya reaches toward a TV screen when the camera zooms in on Dexter, and cheers with a laugh, "Daddy! Daddy!"

Naya also practiced her adorable cheer from the comforts of a couch.

Perhaps the cheering worked from afar.

That night, Dexter snagged two hits, including a two-run home run, as the Cubs defeated the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, 6-1.

The homer inspired a round of high-fives in the dugout, and likely more cheers for "Daddy!" from Dexter's family back home in Chicago.
