An interest in STEM education needs to start early

When it comes to STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and math) an overwhelming majority of our high school students aren’t getting the necessary education to prepare themselves for college-level courses. This is particularly troubling when you consider that 80% of the fastest growing jobs are in STEM-related fields, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
