Reacting to Maria Shriver's petition seeking the dissolution of their 25-year marriage citing irreconcilable differences, Arnold Schwarzenegger has filed his response asking a judge to deny his estranged wife's request for spousal support.

So what does Arnold want exactly?

According to court docs obtained by E! News (read them in full here ), Schwarzenegger is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple's two underage children, 17-year-old Patrick and 13-year-old Christopher, with visitation rights to be split evenly.

But that's where the splitting evenly part stops. Schwarzenegger's attorney Robert Kaufman is requesting a judge terminate the court's jurisdiction to award spousal support to Maria.

As for the duo's earnings and properties, including their posh Los Angeles residence, Schwarzenegger's camp stated it would list such assets ... as soon it ascertains them.

Given the couple's worth a of reported $400 million, the lawyers may have their work cut out for them.
