What does Kristen Stewart have to say about this?
Robert Pattinson stepped out without his trademark accessory — his world-famous hair! — at Wednesday's People's Choice Awards held at the Nokia Live Theatre in Los Angeles.
Casually clad in a blue button-up polo and jeans, the British star, 25, revealed a startling buzz cut as he accepted a Favorite Drama Movie for "Water for Elephants" (his costar Reese Witherspoon was M.I.A.).
No word yet on why — or for which film role — the "Twilight" hunk went for the drastic new do. (Back in July, Pattinson emerged with a nutty, half-shaved 'do to fans at Comic Con in San Diego; the rather schizophrenic look was for a pivotal scene in his trippy thriller "Cosmopolis.")
"Woah. Thank you very much. I don't know why they asked me to accept it because it's really a lot of other people as well," Pattinson said of his People's Choice Award at the podium. "When I was doing this movie, I was having so much fun doing it that I was saying to everyone I didn't even care if anyone saw it. But now that people have seen it and they're giving awards for it, I'm even more thankful for the whole experience, so thank you guys very much."
