TODAY legal analyst Lisa Bloom weighs in on real estate heir Robert Durst being charged with murder. On the HBO documentary series about him, he is heard saying: “What the hell did I do? Killed them all, of course.” Bloom says Durst’s lawyers will argue he had an expectation of privacy because he was in the bathroom at the time.
