Princess Charlene of Monaco wanted an informal portrait for the royal family's Christmas card, and that's just what she got.

All family members are completely in their element, with Crown Prince Jacques giving the camera a serious look, Princess Gabriella munching on an apple and Prince Albert, 57, and Princess Charlene, 37, looking as relaxed as ever.

They posed in front of the fireplace and Christmas tree at their Roc Agel retreat on Nov. 20 by photographer Christopher Morris.

Featured inside the card are the royal couple's signatures interlocked at the 'A' and 'C' initials under a crown and a Christmas message in French, English and Monégasque.

The royal Christmas card follows the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's card, which was released last week and taken by photographer Chris Jelf at Kensington Palace in late October.

The twins have come a long way since making their public debut in January. They celebrated their first birthday on Dec. 10 while visiting a school, where Jacques took his first steps in front of a crowd.
