The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge announced Monday that they are expecting their second child. Prince William said the couple is "immensely thrilled," adding it had been "a tricky few days." Prince Harry, playing the traditional role of younger brother, joked that he could not wait to see his sibling "suffer more."
