Target is a one-stop-shop for everything, from groceries to furniture and fashion. And for one teenage customer, a Target employee even left him prepared for a job interview.

The teen, who was shopping at a Target in Raleigh, North Carolina, went to the store looking for a clip-on tie for a job interview with Chick-fil-A, only to learn that the Target only had regular ties. The only problem —he didn't know how to tie a tie.

Which was where Target employee Dennis Roberts came in. Instead of sending the teen to another store, Roberts not only found the teen a tie, but also taught him how to tie it.

Roberts even took the time to coach the teen through some additional interview advice, including how to tuck in his shirt, how to give a proper handshake and how to answer a few tough interview questions.

"It just really touched my heart," Burnita Woodruf Matthews, who was in the store at the time, told WNCN.

Audrey Mark shared the photo to Target's Facebook wall, writing a full description of the heartwarming story. "Bought headbands, ham and had my heart warmed," she wrote. Since then, the photo has achieved more than 53,000 "likes" and 4,000 shares.

The store's manager, R.J. Jasso, told WNCN: "It's part of our job. At Target, we want to make sure we engage every guest."

According to the photo's comment, as the teen left the store, the store's employees cheered him on. Chick-fil-A told WNCN that they have not yet made a decision regarding the interview.
