Oops, she did it again — Britney Spears had another cataclysmic hair day.
The pop star, who famously shaved her head during a 2008 breakdown, visited a Crate and Barrel store in Sherman Oaks, Calif., on Tuesday.

Casually clad in an orange tank top, shorts and chunky brown boots, the "Piece of Me" singer revealed huge pieces of hair missing from the right, back side of her head — presumably the result of botched (or simply half-done) hair extensions.

Spears, 28, is reportedly back to work on a new album to follow up her comeback smash "Circus." The divorced mother of two has been dating her former agent Jason Trawick since spring 2009.
