A new video shows a teen badgering her nervous friend to jump off a 60-foot bridge in Washington state before she ultimately pushes her with no warning, resulting in serious injuries.

Jordan Holgerson, 16, is recovering at home after she was shoved off a bridge by Taylor Smith, 18, at Moulton Falls Regional Park on Aug. 7, resulting in six broken ribs, two punctured lungs and other painful injuries.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit has completed its investigation into the incident and forwarded its findings to the prosecutor's office, which is expected to announce on Friday whether Smith will face any criminal charges.

New video obtained by NBC News gives a fuller picture of the incident, as Smith can be heard off camera urging a terrified Holgerson to jump off the 6-story bridge.

"Do I just go?" Holgerson says.

"Just go,'' Smith responds. "You promised me you would do it."

"Ooh, I'm so scared right now,'' Holgerson says.

"Jordan, go,'' Smith says. "Jordan, I'm going to push you."

Smith keeps urging a nervous Holgerson to jump.

"I'd jump in there to save you if anything happened,'' Smith says. "Jordan, I got you, just go."

Then without warning, Smith pushes Holgerson off the bridge.

Two other friends, Colby Mazza and Bradey Vance, were also on the bridge and watched the exchange between the two girls.

"You could see Taylor in the video, she was getting kinda irritated or something with her because she wasn't jumping,'' Mazza told Joe Fryer on TODAY. "I mean, she probably stood on the bridge for about 15 minutes.

"It was a hard push. It was a very dumb thing to do."

Vance had already taken the plunge off the bridge.

"That's all I wanted, was her not to get hurt, so I was telling her, 'You don't have to do it,''' Vance told Fryer.

Smith told NBC News repeatedly over the phone and in texts that she did not intend to hurt Holgerson and has apologized to her. However, on the day of the incident, she texted with Holgerson's twin brother, who asked her if Holgerson jumped or was pushed off the bridge.

"I was there but didn't see what fully happened,'' Smith responded.

Holgerson told NBC News earlier this week that she thinks Smith should do some jail time for her actions.
