New ‘relaxed’ rules for Americans traveling to Cuba

Americans will have a much easier time visiting Cuba, following improved relations between the two countries. However, some experts say that Cuba will need time to prepare for the increased amount of American tourists. NBC’s Mark Potter reports from Havana.
