Megyn Kelly on Las Vegas shooting: 'It looked like war'

In the wake of the Las Vegas shooting, Megyn Kelly says she feels “helpless” as the nation struggles to “rationalize an irrational act.” Joining her on Megyn Kelly TODAY, NBC’s Tom Brokaw says he is a gun owner himself, but adds that in recent years, “we’ve militarized the weapons available to people.” He adds, “If this is not a wake-up call, I don’t know what is.”
