Lane Garrison did not catch a break on this one. The former "Prison Break" actor has been charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly striking his ex-girlfriend, Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly, in the lobby of her apartment building, E! News confirms.
So, what does this mean for Garrison, who was supposed to complete his term of parole for his 2007 vehicular manslaughter conviction this Sunday?

He has been held without bail since his arrest Sunday because his actions could constitute a parole violation.
If convicted of battery, Garrison could face a year in county jail and a $2,000 fine, according to the L.A. District Attorney's Office.
The struggling actor, 31, was released from state prison three years ago after serving roughly 18 months of a 40-month sentence for being behind the wheel in a DUI crash that killed a 17-year-old high-school student. Garrison, who had cocaine and alcohol in his system at the time of the accident, spent his time in a substance-abuse program and served as a peer mentor to other inmates.
Mattingly also called the cops on him in February for supposedly getting rough with her, but no arrest was made.
Garrison's attorney has not returned calls for comment. A hearing at the Beverly Hills Courthouse is scheduled for tomorrow at 8:30 a.m.
