Kellyanne Conway, a senior adviser to President Donald Trump, tells Sunday TODAY’s Willie Geist about Trump’s plans to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as Obamacare. Conway says “it’s great” people received coverage thanks to the healthcare law, but adds that the Trump administration is looking to reduce burdens and penalties in a new plan.
