In honor of Veterans Day, a time when America honors its heroes, TODAY brings you a week-long series, #InspiredBy, dedicated to the personal heroes who have inspired the TODAY anchor team and helped change the direction of their lives.
The series kicked off with a tribute to our military, including a live concert on the plaza from Lady Antebellum, attended by hundreds of veterans.
And throughout the week, tune in for unique stories from Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker, Natalie Morales, Willie Geist, Kathie Lee Gifford, Hoda Kotb, Carson Daly and Tamron Hall, about the people who have inspired them.
