Grilled Cubano: Turkey, Pork, Swiss with Mustard and Pickles

  • 4 hard roll
  • 4 Tbsp. mustard
  • 14 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz. roast pork sliced
  • 8 oz. turkey breast
  • 4 thin slices of dill pickle

Cut roll. Spread mustard on top half of the roll. Stack cheese, pork, turkey, pickle onto the bottom half of the roll. Close sandwich. Press down on sandwich and grill over moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes.
