Yield: about 1 cup
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons very fresh prepared horseradish
- 1 1/2 tablespoons juice and 1/2 teaspoon zest from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup finely minced celery
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill, parsley or cilantro
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
