INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb. bittersweet Vahlrona Chocolate
- 1/2 lb. diced butter
- 2 » oz. sugar
- 2 » oz. cake flour
- 4 yolks
- 4 eggs
DIRECTIONS
Melt chocolate and butter over a water bath. Add sugar. Sift flour and fold in the egg yolk and eggs. Butter 4-oz. ramekins.
Bake for 4-6 minutes at 350.
