Even at 30 years old, Britney Spears is still very much the girl next door. In a new interview with Lucky magazine, the pop star, "X Factor" judge and proud mom of Jayden James and Sean Preston reveals just how much pressure she puts on herself.

"I think most people are their own worst critics," she says. "I'm a perfectionist. I want things done a certain way. I am hard on myself but not regretful."
And if her two little boys ever want to pursue a career in showbiz? "If there was something they really wanted to do and were passionate about, I'd encourage them to follow their dreams," she says. "But I'd also be there behind the curtain saying, 'No, don't go out there.'"
Britney's sons think of her as "Mommy" at home and "a superhero" on the "X Factor." "They're in the middle right now of trying to figure it out," she says.
As she tells it, their home life seems pretty normal. "We play Connect Four," she says. "We play Candy Land. Last night we read 'The Night Pirates.'"

Her fiance Jason Trawick was "sweet" from the beginning (he was Britney's manager in 2010, boyfriend in 2011 and they were engaged in 2012). "He says he doesn't mind that I sit around in sweats all the time," she adds.
But Britney does get perks most typical moms do not. "I get, like, these giant boxes of lip gloss and nail polish, and it's like candy," she gushes. Not that she actually wears all of it. "I really just wear mascara all the time. And powder, because I have zits."
We've never noticed any blemishes, but her pointing them out sure is endearing.
