The Berlin International Film Festival will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall with a series of films from both sides of the Iron Curtain in the last decade of the Cold War.

The 15 feature titles include such classics as Krzysztof Kieslowski's "A Short Film About Killing" (1987) and Helke Misselwitz's award-winning East German documentary "After Winter Comes Spring" (1988), as well as several German and Eastern European films.

The series also will include 14 short, animated and experimental films that explore life under totalitarian rule.

After the 2009 Berlinale, which runs February 5-15, the films will go on tour across Germany.
