St. Joseph’s Chapel in lower Manhattan withstood the destruction of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, and sits across the street from the Freedom Tower next to Ground Zero. Dylan Dreyer reports in this week’s Sunday Closer that skyrocketing rent has put the future of the chapel in doubt.
