The two-acre estate, which features a swimming pool and tennis court on its grounds, is at the end of a gated private drive in Bel-Air, offering seclusion for Sampras and his wife, actress Bridgette Wilson-Sampras, and their famous neighbors.

Jennifer Aniston’s former rental for sale
In 2012, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux paid $40,000 a month to rent a 6,600-square-foot home at 425 Martin Lane in Beverly Hills, Calif. Now the five-bedroom modern is for sale for $9.9 million.
The same home sold for $4.6 million in 2010, before a full remodel.

Eva Mendes selling her funky mid-century
Eva Mendes has moved on to a relationship with Ryan Gosling since her split with Peruvian filmmaker George Augusto, but the mid-century modern she shared with Augusto is still in his name.
Now they want to sell the home at 2732 Hollyridge Dr. in Los Angeles for $1.269 million. The eclectic property has raised garden beds and a bedroom covered top-to-bottom in pink floral wallpaper.
