Before accepting any job opportunity, it's smart to read the fine print. Sometimes, killer gigs come with unusual responsibilities or requirements.

Such as, oh ... demanding that you relocate to paradise, also known as Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands.

On Thursday, British billionaire Richard Branson's Virgin Group put up a listing for a combination personal and administrative assistant. The job sounds like a handful — spanning two offices and reporting to both Necker Island general manager Keny Jones and the office of Branson himself — but an exciting opportunity for someone "self-motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic who can balance (administrative and organizational skills) with the essential need for discretion and confidentiality."

But there's a catch.

"Oh and one last thing," reads a note at the bottom of the LinkedIn listing. "If you do apply you’ll need to be ready to move to Necker Island."

Twist our arm! We all saw how much the Obama family enjoyed their post-presidential vacation at Branson's resort.

But take note: Your cover letter is no good here. The listing's only ask, besides a resume, is a two-minute video explaining "why you want the job (and) an interesting fact about you and your unique skills and experience."

They want to see you in action! This island is only so big, after all.

If you're interested, be sure to apply by March 10. And we'll look out for our invite when you get the job!
