If you've ever wondered the best place to work in the U.S., look no further.
This week, Glassdoor released its ninth annual Employees' Choice Awards that recognizes the Best Places to Work in 2017.
Unlike any other workplace award, this list is comprised of anonymous feedback provided by employees who work at thec ompanies on the list. These employees complete a voluntarily company review based on their job experiences, work environment and employer the past year. Along with the U.S. list, Glassdoor is planning on releasing the lists for Canada, U.K., France and Germany.
This year's best place to work rated at 4.6, with Bain & Company taking No.1. Facebook was ranked 2nd, with a 4.5, and Boston Consulting Group follows shortly behind at a 4.4 rating. Google was ranked No. 4 with a 4.4 rating as well.
Since last year's list, Airbnb fell from the top spot to No.35. There are also 14 newcomers to this year's list, including, Clorox at No.12, lululemon at No. 38, and SpaceX at No.40. Three companies have appeared on the list every year since it debuted in 2008: Bain & Company, Google and Apple.
