During your standard Ambush Makeover segment, Louis and Jill pull two lucky ladies from the plaza. But Thursday morning, they did things a little differently, picking 23-year-old TODAY assistant Kristen Jantonio.
Kristen was totally surprised, although she'd been overheard saying she needed to update her look. She needn't have worried, since the results were great. The makeover, obviously, but mostly Kristen's reaction (and the delight of other Studio 1A staffers).
"Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!" she repeated again and again, before bursting into adorable happy tears.
Kathie Lee praised her cute new bob and fancy dress, called Kristen a "sexpot," and gave her a huge hug.
"I love it," agreed Hoda.
"The crew is going bonkers," added KLG.
Congrats, Kristen! Oh my gosh, you look great.
