Batman can’t count Iron Man among his fans.

Despite “The Dark Knight’s” praise from critics and summer moviegoers, Robert Downey Jr. admits he hated the film.

“My whole thing is that that I saw ‘The Dark Knight,’” Robert said in an interview with Movie Hole. “I'm like, 'That's not my idea of what I want to see in a movie.' I loved 'The Prestige' but didn't understand 'The Dark Knight'. Didn't get it, still can't tell you what happened in the movie, what happened to the character…”

Downey is currently starring in "Tropic Thunder," which knocked "Dark Knight" out of the top spot at this week's box office. He blames "Knight's" “highbrow” script for ruining the film, although he may be biased. The actor clearly has a favorite in the age-old Marvel vs. DC comic book debate.

“I'm like, 'I get it. This is so high-brow and so f---ing smart, I clearly need a college education to understand this movie,'” the actor ranted before adding, “You know what? F--- DC comics. That's all I have to say and that's where I'm really coming from.”

Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jr. on the "Let's Be Cops," red carpet, Selena Gomez is immortalized in wax and more.

“Angelina Jolie and her vacuous hubby Brad Pitt make about forty million dollars a year in violent psychopathic movies,” Roseanne wrote in a rambling post originally aimed at Angelina’s father, Jon Voight. “(They) give away three of it to starving children trying to look as if they give a crap about humanity, as they spit out more dunces that will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more. (Just sayin'.)”

As with many of Roseanne’s celebrity beefs, politics fuel her anger. In this case, it’s Angelina’s refusal to make a presidential pick that has the former TV mom irate.

“Aren't you supposed to be somewhat enlightened, or do you not know that the African daughter you hold in every picture had parents who suffered and died because of the Republican Party's worldwide economic assault on Africa over the last few decades since Reagan?” Roseanne continued, addressing Angelina directly. “It might be good for your Asian and African children's self esteem to know you support a brown man for the leader of the free world.”

Dish on the fly
New parents Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves aren’t planning to walk down the aisle anytime soon. “Being married is not something that’s even in our minds,” Camila said in an interview with In Touch Weekly. “What’s important to me is to have a home that is peaceful and healthy.” … While Katy Perry’s enjoying the chart-topping success of her summer single “I Kissed a Girl,” her parents, who are both evangelical Christian pastors, aren’t sharing in the celebration. ‘I hate the song,” Katy’s mother, Mary Hudson, told the Daily Mail. “It clearly promotes homosexuality and its message is shameful and disgusting.” … In his new book, “2011: Trendspotting for the Next Decade,” Richard Laermer doesn’t exactly give Jennifer Lopez star treatment. “In 2001, J.Lo was the biggest of the big, and is now the star likely to be found soon on Trivial Pursuit,” the author wrote in an excerpt published in the New York Post. “And her album of 2007, called 'Brave' without a tinge of irony, was dubbed worst of the year, with one critic saying 'too shallow even by Ashley Tisdale standards.'” Ouch.
