“(Duane’s family is) vowing to do everything they can to get even with Tucker, because they believe he released the tapes,” a source told the National Enquirer. “Their whole world is falling apart around them, and now all they want is revenge.”

The NE insider alleges family members are trying to force Tucker out of his apartment, and someone close to the family contacted Tucker’s parole officer in an effort to have him sent to prison.

But it’s the bounty hunter’s bride, Beth Smith, who’s harboring the most rage, vowing revenge on her stepson. “Dog got depressed and kept saying, ‘It’s all over! Everything we have is lost,’” the source explained.

“Beth was furious at Tucker, convinced that he had given the phone tapes to the Enquirer. She was screaming, ‘I don’t care if I lose every dime I have and have to eat out of garbage cans, I will have revenge!’”

Turns out , the anti-Perez Hilton Web site allegedly launched by Avril, is a hoax. In fact, the pop tart’s representatives recently told that she didn’t even know the Web site existed. And now that Avril does know about the site, her reps are taking steps to shut it down.

Not that Perez is taking their word for it. “I wouldn’t put this past Avril, but I’d hope she has better things to do with her time than start this Web site,” Hilton wrote to MTV News. “Shouldn’t she be spitting on paparazzi or threatening former songwriting partners?”
