Shoshanna’s adventures in Bushwick didn’t end so well, but Zosia Mamet seems to be having better luck.

Today

The “Girls” star and her boyfriend, “X-Men” actor Evan Jonigkeit, have listed their home for $1.6 million after purchasing the mixed-use brownstone in November for $1.03 million. They’re hoping to flip the property.

According to The Daily Mail, the house was “rather sparse and split into three apartments” before Mamet and Jonigkeit bought and renovated the place. Now it looks move-in ready with an open farmhouse-style kitchen, light-filled stairs and Manhattan views.

Shoshanna would probably tell prospective buyers that the best years of their lives are like totally gonna happen here.

The updated portion measures 2,508 square feet, but the listing description advertises “buildable potential to 5,192 [square feet] and 6 apartments.”
