We got it bad for Usher's house ...
The Grammy-winning R&B star listed his contemporary Spanish home in Los Angeles for $4.2 million, and it’s just as funky and cool as we’d expect it to be.
Modern with a dash of old Hollywood style, the 4,261-square-foot place has five bedrooms, four full bathroom and two half-baths.
Originally built in 1926, it sits at a prime location — tucked away on a private road behind the famed Chateau Marmont, just above the Sunset Strip.
The foyer has a nightclub feel, with black walls and dramatic, diamond-shaped light fixtures dangling from the two-story ceiling.
In the living room, there’s an another unique light fixture — a cluster of green glass baubles.
And the fireplace, which features stainless steel tiles, also glistens in the space, while original wood beams on the ceiling give the crisp white room a nice bit of contrast.
The chef’s kitchen features smooth gray cabinets, sleek white countertops and marble tiles.
There are also Viking appliances and a breakfast area with a built-in banquet.
For a more formal meal, the dining room is the place to be.
The walls, covered in a black and blue printed wallpaper, match the curtains draping over the large windows. A geometric light fixture gives the space an additional bump of cool.
The master bedroom has its own private terrace and a bathroom that looks like a disco party thanks to its — you guessed it — light fixture.
The room also has a marble bath with soaking tub, large shower and dual vanities.
A media room on the lower level feels glam and elegant with black velvet curtains covering the walls and plush seats on the floor.
The house also features a newly built private deck with a sparkling plunge pool that are both great for entertaining.
