Actress Michelle Williams bought this Brooklyn townhouse in 2005 with her then-boyfriend Heath Ledger, who died in 2008. Now she has listed the corner home for $7.5 million.
Ledger and Williams, who starred in “My Week with Marilyn” and “Blue Valentine,” were early adopters of the Boerum Hill neighborhood where the town house is located. According to the New York Daily News, the actress has not lived there for some time.
The four-story home is 22 feet wide and has a 3-car garage and a rooftop garden with a waterfall. The six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home’s 1,000-square-foot parlor includes built-in surround sound with double turntables, a wood-burning fireplace and 12-foot ceilings.
It’s at the heart of the neighborhood’s main street and a few blocks from restaurants and shopping.
