The 10,923-square-foot home covers the top two floors — the 89th and 90th — of One-57, a residential tower by Extell Development with a Park Hyatt hotel attached. The building overlooks Central Park and includes views of downtown and the Hudson and East rivers.

Photos of the $100-million penthouse are not available, but One-57 has released photos of its model condo on the 58th floor.

A sale of the penthouse apartment was announced in 2012, when Extell’s president told The New York Times it was being bought by “a very nice family” and that the buyer was “someone that people would recognize."

The building was still under construction. It’s unclear whether the recent deal, which closed in late December, was with the same buyer.
