We’ve seen bits and pieces of Jessica Alba’s home before — but now she’s taking us on a grand tour.

The actress, business owner and mother of two recently opened the doors to her Los Angeles home for Better Homes and Gardens magazine. It’s just as beautiful as we imagined, and we’re applauding the kid-friendly décor, too.

Filled with natural light, comfortable upholstered furniture and rustic accents throughout, the space is home to Alba, her husband, Cash Warren, and their two children, 7-year-old Honor and 4-year-old Haven.

One room in the house that gets plenty of use is their kitchen and dining area. “We love, love, love to cook,” Alba said. “And family dinner is mandatory Friday through Sunday.”

Fortunately, the family has a stunning outdoor kitchen where they can whip up meals (as long as the weather cooperates). The space includes a tiled island, raw wood countertops, colorful glassware and driftwood accents throughout. (We’ll wait for our dinner invite!)

This isn't the first time the actress has let us inside her home. Previously, Alba revealed her daughters' whimsical bedroom makeovers to Domino magazine. And in the recent past, she put a separate home she owns up for rent.
