How can I get rid of bugs?
For a lot of people, especially in warmer climates, professional services are needed. But there are so many different products available now to try and tackle the problem yourself. I particularly like Raid’s Max Bug Barrier, a spray that you can put in the corners. This is a barrier that you can put around areas, nooks and crannies.

I have to run more than two gallons of water before I can get any hot water in the kitchen. What can I do?
I have two solutions for you. First is something called the Watts Hot Water Recirculation System. It has a little pump that gets mounted on top of your water heater. On the other end of the system is a solenoidthat goes under the sink where your valves are.The pump turns on and it pumps hot water so that when you go to turn the water on, the warm water is there.
Another option is the Heatworks Model 1X. It’s small, but it’s a mighty water heater. It can mount underneath your sink in the kitchen or bathroom. You can actually use one per bathroom, so everyone is happy. It only weighs 10 pounds and uses electricity to heat the water.
How can I replace the latch on my screen door?
The latch is completely replaceable. You can pick the latch up at the hardware store. Just use two screws to replace it.
