Create a ghoulish mirror
Create a ghostly mirror and give guests a fright for the night.
What you'll need:
- Mirror
- Transparent paper
- Ghost stencil
- Double-sided tape
- Cheesecloth
What to do:
- Trace a ghost on transparent paper.
- Cut it out and apply to the mirror with double-sided tape.
- Tatter the cheesecloth and drape to create the effect of cobwebs.

Style your party with spooky elements
It's all about adding some darkness to the rooms in your home. From black roses to everyday hand towels, you can give guests a scare just by switching up the look of ordinary items.
Hand soap
- Turn your liquid hand pump soap into mysterious potion by adding in plastic spiders, bats or even glow-in-the-dark eyeballs.
Black roses
- Black crepe paper roses will make a room feel extra creepy. Add bunches to every corner!
Candles
- Black taper candles make a scary style statement. Stage black candles around your party to create a rather eerie effect.
Hand towels
- Things are getting haunted around the house with black hand towels. Most stores have black towels in stock making them easy to stock up on in time for Halloween.
