If you're a fan of the hit HGTV series "Fixer Upper," you know that the Gaines' golden touch is the real deal.

From books to restaurants to home goods, we simply can't get enough. We even love Joanna Gaines' quarterly magazine "Magnolia Journal."

What's that, now? You mean to tell me you haven't gotten your hands on a copy? Well guess what my friend — a yearly subscription to the glossy curated by the interior design queen herself is currently on sale for 37 percent off.

TODAY editors, writers and experts take care to recommend items we really like and hope you’ll enjoy! Just so you know, TODAY does have affiliate relationships. So, while every product is independently selected, if you buy something through our links, we may get a small share of the revenue.

The lifestyle magazine, which first hit newsstands in October of 2016, offers up inspiration for the home that goes beyond decor. It also gives fans a peak inside the life of the Gaines family.

This year's fall edition of "Magnolia Journal" even included a touching essay penned by Joanna Gaines about discovering she was pregnant just months before her 40th birthday. The magazine was also the place where the mother of five revealed her newborn's nursery.

We still miss seeing Chip and Jo on our TVs every week, but this might be just what we need to fill the "Fixer Upper"-sized hole in our heart.
