Here’s a seaside model of laid-back luxury, appearing on the market after being listed by supermodel and up-and-coming house flipper Cindy Crawford.

She and her husband, Rande Gerber, paid $50.5 million last year for the home on California’s famed Pacific Coast Highway, records show. After transforming the 5,200-square-foot beauty with panoramic views, they’ve put it on the market for $60 million.

The secluded beachfront home sits on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with a long driveway winding through the property’s three acres past a tennis court.

Walls of windows invite ocean views into the home’s great room, which shares the open main floor with a dining area, chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar and a media room.

The decadent master suite boasts the same jaw-dropping views, plus a fireplace, sitting area and two spa-quality bathrooms and dressing closets. Two additional bedroom suites have private entrances.

A wide ocean-facing deck with a fire pit competes for relaxation points with the swimming pool and spa.

The listing agents are Chris Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker Residential Mortgage and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency. Thanks to Variety for pointing it out.

Crawford’s latest remodel comes just a year after she flipped another Malibu beach house. She sold that one for more than twice what she paid a year earlier.
