Now the “Die Hard” actor and his wife, Emma Heming, want to unload the Manhattan apartment for nearly $13 million.

“They just spent two years renovating it. They took it back to the studs,” said Ann Cutbill Lenane, the Douglas Elliman broker who has the listing.

The couple recently slashed prices on two other homes: A sprawling Beverly Hills mansion that was initially listed for $22 million finally sold for $16.5 million, and a Hailey, Idaho home first listed at $15 million in 2011 is now on the market for $7.05 million.
