When the weather is warm, it's great to get outside to change up your workouts. So I wanted to share this fun, challenging outdoor workout, which requires no equipment at all.
Just head out into your yard or the park, take in the fresh air and build up a sweat. Run through it once for an all-encompassing 10-minute workout which hits all body parts.
Warm up: Apple pickers and jogs in place
- 20 apple pickers
- 100 jogs in place
- 20 apple pickers
- 100 jogs in place

Part 1: Plank jax and high knees
- 20 plank jax//20 high knees
- 15 plank jax//20 high knees
- 10 plank jax//20 high knees
- 5 plank jax//20 high knees
Plank jax: These can be done with or without a pushup!

Part 2: Pushups on your knees and jump squats
- 10 pushups on your knees//10 jump squats
- 10 pushups on your knees//10 jump squats
- 10 pushups on your knees//10 jump squats

Part 3: Burpees and lateral shoulder punch outs
- 10 burpees //15 lateral shoulder punch outs
- 8 burpees //15 lateral shoulder punch outs
