You’ve probably heard this health tip before: drink plenty of water. It seems so basic, yet many overlook one of the simplest ways to feel and look our best. Getting enough H20 boosts energy levels, regulates appetite, keeps skin looking healthy and balances your metabolism!

Are you reaching for that water bottle yet?

Drinking enough water is far from having a few sips here or there — we need to drink at least half our body weight in ounces each day. For example, someone who weighs 150 pounds should be drinking 75 ounces of water over the span of 24 hours. It's totally doable! Here are a few of our favorite ways to stay hydrated.

And remember that this doesn’t apply to caffeinated beverages like coffee or black tea since caffeine can have a dehydrating effect on the body. This doesn't mean we skip our morning espresso, we just have water with it as well!
