If being healthy and fit were an all-or-nothing proposition, most women would be a lost cause. We haven’t stopped caring about our well-being, certainly — we all want to be healthier, happier, fitter, prettier, better organized, more stylish and less stressed. We simply don’t have time.
Women today are striving to stay one step ahead of the clock. But in trying to do it all, we often feel we don’t do any of it well. There’s no time to cook a healthy meal. We all have 15 minutes. That’s the time it takes to boil water and cook a pot of pasta, or take a shower and dry your hair. Why not get started right now with these tips (above, right)?
