Ron Swanson, the poster man for all angry, Scotch-drinking, meat-loving American dudes, has inspired a fake Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor called All of the Bacon & Eggs You Have.

While it exists only via Photoshop, it is imagined to be Scotch-flavored ice cream with, well, a whole lot of bacon and eggs. And so far, the interwebs have been abuzz with people wanting a scoop of this fictional flavor.

In case you aren’t up on your TV characters, Swanson is the head of the Pawnee Parks and Recreation Department on the NBC comedy "Parks and Recreation."

On an episode that aired this past season, Ron is in a diner and states,You may have thought you heard me say I wanted a lot of bacon and eggs, but what I said was: ‘Give me all the bacon and eggs you have.’ ”

We checked in with Ben & Jerry’s to see what they thought about this hilarious development, and here’s what they told us:

“We're thrilled that a passionate and dedicated Pawnee city government employee like Ron Swanson (who is a shotgun of humor to the funny bone) is getting his just desserts.  Ron's beliefs are in accordance with those of Ben & Jerry's - where two scoops of government can help the less fortunate and truly be a servant to the community and its citizens. Finally, for Ron's sake, we're happy that the recipe is almond-less; and we're thankful that the flavor did not include a turkey leg.”

As noted in B&J’s statement, Ron is no stranger to whetting the appetites of food enthusiasts. When asked if he’d ever eaten a turkey burger on one episode, Ron responded, Is that a fried turkey leg inside a grilled hamburger? If so, yes. Delicious.” Not only did Eater post a recipe for the dish, but actor Nick Offerman and Jimmy Fallon actually ate the creation on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.”

And now, we’ve come across this awesome Ron Swanson mosaic featuring all of the character’s fave foods. Ron, who likely has nothing but disdain for the foodie type, is officially the food icon of Everyman.

While there’s no word whether this could eventually become a real B&J flavor, tell us: Would you eat it? Full disclosure: Staffers in our office were going nuts when they saw this!
