Johan Svensson is executive chef at a restaurant called Riingo, which opened in New York City earlier this year. He's from a small island in Sweden, but he specializes in cooking American and Japanese cuisine. He was invited to appear on “Today” to share some of his tricks of the trade. Check out his recipes:
