This morning I made my way to the TODAY studio kitchen, feeling admittedly intimidated to talk to the man with a golden palate, Tom Colicchio. Accustomed to seeing him in judge mode on "Top Chef," I was not sure how he would respond to questions about loving embarrassing foods and about making baby food. I was thankful to discover that he was gracious and down-to-earth, and surprised by his responses!
