TODAY anchors taste hundreds of dishes every year on the show. While the food is always delicious, some of the dishes are so incredible that they become standouts. Here, Matt, Savannah and the rest of the TODAY family share their favorite recipes from the show this year.

Savannah Guthrie's pick: Coffee-Rubbed Brisket

Savannah absolutely loved this juicy, flavorful (and super easy!) brisket both alone and in chef Matt Abdoo's chili recipe.

Matt Lauer's pick: Martha Stewart's Upside-Down Turkey

Last year, Matt was mad for Adam Richman's spaghetti pie and it went viral! This year, he couldn't get enough of Martha's super juicy turkey. Her secret is to cook the bird breast-side-down first, then flip it, rub it down with butter and let it finish cooking. The result is a turkey that is extremely flavorful and moist.

Hoda Kotb's pick: Ina Garten's Roasted Broccolini

Hoda loves anything, and she means anything, that star chef Ina Garten has made on the show, but especially her roasted broccolini! Broccolini is a cross between broccoli and Chinese kale. Besides being a little more elegant, it's more interesting — sweeter and a little more peppery than regular broccoli. All you need to do is toss it with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss it on a sheet pan and roast it. Side dishes don't get any easier than this!

Tamron Halls's pick: Ina Garten's Filet Mignon with Mustard and Mushrooms

Wild mushrooms and a creamy mustard sauce dress up filet mignon steaks in this luxe dinner from Ina. It's no surprise Tamron's pick comes from the Barefoot Contessa. She is, after all, Tamron's "cooking angel."

Carson Daly's pick: Katie Lee's Prime Rib with Beef Gravy AND Classic Mashed Potatoes

"Katie Lee's Christmas prime rib, mashed potatoes and gravy are ridiculously good — and perfect for holidays," Carson told TODAY Food. "I just tweeted about them."

Dylan Dreyer's pick: Chrissy Teigen's Actual Drunken Noodles

"It's always so hard to remember all the delicious food we've had, but I loved the noodles with broccoli and mushrooms and chicken that Chrissy Teigen made!" Dylan said. "I love Asian food but I can never make it just right. This was the perfect recipe, so I can make a healthier version at home that actually tastes like something I ordered in!"

Al Roker's 1st pick: Breakfast Pizza with Tomato, Burrata and Garlic Butter

"Breakfast pizza combines two of the best things about eating: breakfast and pizza," Al says. "Can I say any more? Whenever we get the chance, my family and I always visit a farmers market in upstate New York. They have wonderful produce. There is a stand there that sells a breakfast pizza. It's now a tradition that whenever we go, my son and I get our own breakfast pizza. It has fresh ingredients and you can split one with a friend. That breakfast pizza inspired me to make my own version."

Al Roker's 2nd pick: Al Roker's Famous Cold-Brew Coffee

Al told TODAY Food that he tried this kind of coffee for the first time during the Republican National Convention this year at Pour in Cleveland. Then he went online to see how it's done and to make his own. "It turned me into a coffee drinker and I've been hooked ever since."
