Sure, there's peanut butter, there's Nutella, but now there's a new sweet-n-salty spread in town, and it's from the king of mixing PB and chocolate, Reese's. But how does it taste? Our team couldn't resist digging in to the Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate spread. Parent company Hershey's boasts that the spread tastes great with bacon, banana chips, fruit, pita chips, pretzels and vanilla wafers — we even sampled it by the spoonful.
After dipping and scooping, these were our verdicts:

"This spread tastes like you’re connecting with a higher level of peanut-butter-and-chocolate-induced existence that will help your subconscious uncover where you left your keys, your true purpose in life or whether Kim Kardashian is pregnant. But on a very literal level, this spread tastes like the melted Reese’s you ate that time you left a bag of them in your car." — Elizabeth Murray

"It’s what I imagine you would get if you put Reese’s Pieces in a blender with some Nutella. Pretty tasty in a junky way, and a nice combo with something salty. BUT: The ingredient list is a bit horrifying though — first ingredient: sugar! And there is hydrogenated vegetable oil (read: trans fat)." — Megan Steintrager
